Fredrik Dversnes vinner siste etappe rundt Tromsø etter kamp om hvert sekund mellom Strong og Pidcock. Fredrik Dversenes (Uno-X Mobility) tok sin andre etappeseier i Arctic Race of Norway, denne gangen i Tromsø på etappe 4. På hjulet på andreplass var rittleder Corbin Strong (Israel-Premier Tech), som sikret GC-seieren etter en taktisk kamp om hvert sekund med Tom Pidcock (Q36.5 Pro Cycling).
Davide Ballerini (XDS Astana) tok tredjeplassen i den reduserte gruppeavslutningen. Pidcock ble sjette, og endte på andreplass sammenlagt, 11 sekunder bak. Ballerinis lagkamerat Christian Scaroni forble tredje sammenlagt, 28 sekunder bak. Vi fikk inn 4. ryttere blandt de 10. beste.
